If you’re from the financial services or professional services sectors and currently struggling to find a new job or change careers in the current economic climate…..
THIS IS FOR YOU
Hi, my name is Sital Ruparelia, founder of 6 Figure Career Management. Since 2003, I’ve been helping professionals, predominantly from the banking and professional services sectors, build outstanding careers.
Many of the people I’ve spoken to in recent months across these sectors, and other parts of the economy, have been voicing similar concerns. Concerns and frustrations about the state of the job market as well as the ever increasing pressures and uncertainties within organisations as the global recession continues.
Individuals who have lost jobs are finding it tough to find similar roles. Those individuals in jobs are re- evaluating their positions. With pay freezes and a lack of bonuses on the horizon, some people are wondering whether now is the right time to change careers and find a career path that helps them enjoy a better work-life balance, find roles that better play to their strengths or find work which is more meaningful.
Having reinvented my own career 3 times, I know how difficult it can be to make a career change. I transitioned from being a ‘wannabe’ Marketing graduate in the early 1990s recession to join the UK retailer Marks & Spencer – at the time a top 10 listed FTSE firm.
Having spent 7 years with Marks & Spencer, I then made a big career change in the late1990s to leave retail and become a City recruiter with a small niche recruitment consultancy hiring across the investment banking and asset management market in London. Then in 2003, I transitioned to become an independent consultant / coach working across two key areas: helping global financial services firms recruit and retain the right people as well as helping senior banking professionals make career transitions.
Each time the driver for change has been tough market conditions - whether it was the recession of the early 1990’s when I graduated, the radical corporate restructuring at Marks & Spencer in the late 90s or the banking-specific downturn in 2002 after 9/11 and the bursting of the dot.com bubble.
I’ll admit that at times these changes were a painful process to go through - I felt uncertain, fearful and at times very ‘lost.’ But having had to ‘scramble around’ trying to figure out exactly ‘how’ to reinvent myself and change careers, I learned the “how to” of making a career change.
I now work with a range of individuals from Fortune 500 firms, predominantly from the banking or professional services sectors, and help them find jobs and make career transitions.
My mission is to use my experiences and the lessons I learned over the years to help others make successful transitions, with less time and less stress than I went through in my own career changes.
This is why I have come up with a timely solution to help individuals looking to reinvent themselves and change careers during the current recession
So what’s the solution?

However, tough economic times do not have to be a time of struggles. If you look for the opportunity in the middle of difficulty, as Mr. Einstein suggested, then tough economic times become an opportunity to transform your life and your career.
This e-book shows you how to find those opportunities by simplifying your lifestyle and focusing on the essentials. It shows you how to thrive on less by making small financial changes that will help you reinvent your career without the worry and stress that many people are experiencing right now.

YOUR INVESTMENT
The full day PLUS the five bonus gifts will cost you only:
£225
Includes ‘Reinvention Workbook’, handouts, morning coffee, buffet lunch and afternoon tea
Here are three reasons why I have priced the workshop at just
£225
FIRST REASON
Although the full day workshop, with the excellent hotel facilities and bonus gifts, is easily worth much more than £225, I didn’t want to price it so high in the current economic climate.
Yes, I could charge much more based on the time that has gone into creating the content, the cost of the venue/catering and the value it will provide to the attendees. But I’m sensitive to difficult financial choices people are having to make at the moment, when many people’s budgets are tight. So regardless of the value the workshop would bring, I know some people would not pay large sums for such a workshop.
SECOND REASON
Looking back at my own career changes, this is the very workshop I wish I could have gone to in the late 1990’s when I was trying to leave Marks & Spencer and move out of retail. It is the same workshop I wish I could have gone to in 2002/03 when the banking sector shrank after 9/11 and I was trying to make a career change away from recruitment consultancy and figure out what to do next.
But as valuable as this workshop would have been, due to the uncertainty you feel in times of change, I think I would have been reluctant to pay large sums to attend a workshop. So I wanted to be able to offer this workshop at a low price so that individuals facing change and uncertainty would feel comfortable making the investment.
THIRD REASON
To be completely honest, I priced this workshop at just £225 so that we could have as many of you attend this valuable workshop as possible.
Why? Because I have a lot of valuable products and solutions that I’d like to offer you into the future. Solutions which I truly believe can help you not only survive, but thrive in these challenging times. I’m willing to offer this workshop at a low price to get you to be my customer. It’s as simple as that.
Best Wishes
Sital
